Pineville Community Athletic Association (PCAA) Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PCAA! We appreciate your commitment to our programs. Please review our refund policy carefully.
100% Refund Prior to Evaluation Day: Participants who request a refund before Evaluation Day will be eligible for a 100% refund of their registration fees. Requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to our Registration Coordinator at [email protected]. Requests must be received at least 1 day prior to the Evaluation Day for the current registered season. Only partial refunds will be issued for requests received after this deadline.
50% Refund Prior to the start of the Practice: Participants who withdraw from the program after Evaluation Day but before the official start of practices will be eligible for a 50% refund of their registration fees. Requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to our Registration Coordinator at [email protected] at least 1 business day prior to the start of the season practice date, as listed in the registration info details (not the individual players team first practice date). No refunds will be issued for requests received after this deadline.
**Please be advised that PCAA will only refund Registration Fees paid at the time of enrollment. PCAA will not refund any service or processing fees associated with the registration process at any point, these fees are paid to process the registration or to the credit card servicer.
**Baseball and Softball are athletic sports where injuries are possible. Through PCAAs software vendor Sports Connect, an optional accidental insurance program is available that you may select during the current season registration. If you have selected and paid for the optional program during checkout and your player suffers an injury, you must work directly with the provider of the policy. PCAA will not be able to offer refunds directly to the player from the league in the event of an injury.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, participants or their legal guardians must submit a written request via email to Registration Coordinator at [email protected] before the specified deadlines outlined in sections 1 and 2. Please include the participant's name, program details, and the reason for the refund request.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the written request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
