For players 13-18, PCAA offers "Legends" baseball:
Babe Ruth "Legends" Division is designed to offer our older players an opportunity to transition to the full-sized adult baseball field while preparing for Middle School baseball. Players make the transition to official league size bases of 90 feet and a 60’ 6” mound. For the most part, Major League rules apply to baserunners and all other aspects of the game.
PCAA Legends teams play their home games at Jack Hughes Park while 'road' games will be played at the respective 'home' fields of neighboring associations (Park Sharon, South Park, MARA, etc). This interleague experience offers a fun alternative to playing in a single park.
Pitchers and catchers enjoy a better chance to gun down base-stealers due to the larger base dimensions. Babe Ruth is offered in the Spring and Fall seasons.
Games tend to start later in the season due to the Middle School season and field availability. Expect games to start around early May and run through the end of June.
