- Tim Fronczak



Tim grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and played baseball from T-ball to high school. He has coached 13 teams at PCAA since 2021, including the management of multiple Blue Sox mini camps for our 6-8U players.  Tim has 2 boys in the PCAA Blue Sox program, and his primary focus as a coach is to develop players’ fundamental skills, promote a fun and strong team atmosphere, and encourage great sportsmanship from his players.

10U - Kelly Yelton

 

Kelly grew up in the Charlotte area playing competitive baseball.  He has been a coach at PCAA since 2022 and has been a coach in the Blue Sox program since 2023. Coach Kelly loves coaching recreational and Challenge team baseball, while focusing on making stronger ball players in the local community.
 

11U - Dave Mory



Dave Mory is originally from Macungie, PA and he grew up playing baseball at youth associations throughout the Lehigh Valley for nearly 15 years.  Dave and his family relocated to the Charlotte area in 2016 and joined PCAA in 2018 when his son Colin began playing T-Ball. Dave has served as a head coach and assistant coach at Pineville. Dave’s coaching philosophy is working hard together to develop our young athletes in baseball and in life. We can accomplish our goals by working hard, overcoming adversity and growing from our mistakes. I’m extremely excited to be part of this organization and joining our families in this experience!


11U - CJ Norman



CJ was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, where he grew up playing recreational baseball. He has been a member of PCAA since 2015. Over the years, CJ has coached a total of 19 recreational seasons with his two boys. He has guided his oldest son's team from 7U to 14U and is currently in his third season coaching his younger son's 11U team. CJ's coaching philosophy focuses on mastering fundamentals, emphasizing the importance of the little things, and building a strong foundation for long-term success—all while ensuring the experience is fun and enjoyable for his players.

12U -Jeff Erml



Jeff is from Cleveland, Ohio originally grew up loving the game and played travel ball for a number of years. Jeff has coached 7 seasons
with Pineville. He loves to help kids grow their love of the game, build their skills, and create memories and community with their teammates.
