In addition to our Rec Baseball programs, PCAA offers our Blue Sox Program as an additional offering for players seeking more advanced competition. These teams generally compete in weekend tournaments against other local challenge teams.
PCAA seeks to offer a Blue Sox team for all age groups:
PCAA's Blue Sox teams compete in a Spring Season as well as a Fall Season (depending on interest).
Tryouts are held ahead of each season to evaluate and set rosters.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional fees are associated with Blue Sox baseball, and these fees are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
Blue Sox Eligibility:
- To be eligible to play Blue Sox baseball at PCAA, a player must play PCAA rec baseball during the Spring season. There is no requirement that the player also play rec baseball in the fall to be eligible for the fall Blue Sox season. (We strongly believe that players should have the opportunity to compete in other sports during this time frame as this is beneficial for their overall growth)
- Players may only "play up" based on League Age
